Responsibilities

  • The successful applicant will be required to undertake and successfully complete the training required for appointment as a Competent Person (Low Voltage).
  • While the primary role of the post holder(s) will be to carry out electrical tasks, they will be part of a multi-skilled technical team and will be responsible for the delivery of specialist technical services for a wide range of duties in relation to all disciplines of building services, including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • It is essential that the post holder accepts a wide range of cross trade duties so as to deliver a high standard of service.
  • All cross discipline training will be provided as required.
  • The successful applicant will also have responsibilities to assist with training and education of apprentices and adult trainees, ensuring they gain the necessary training and experience to meet the needs of their training program.
