Responsibilities

  • Responds to, investigates and provides recommendations to resolve employee relations concerns reported to the Employee Relations Service Center, Grifols Ethics Hotline, Issue Resolution Policy or other means. Documents all activity, advice, resolution and prepares investigative reports. Maintains discretion and confidentiality regarding employee concerns.
  • Coaches and advises managers on Grifols' employee relations best practices, policy, programs or processes and how to respond to workplace issues appropriately.
  • Ensures compliance of state and federal laws as well as company policy.
  • Educates and trains HR staff and front line management on Employee Relations policies and procedures.
  • Works with Legal department to respond to EEOC, DOL and other legal claims.
  • Responds to unemployment claims for all Grifols' companies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
