Responsibilities

  • Creating and inputting data onto excel spreadsheets, ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date
  • Creation of employee correspondence using standard template letters
  • Sending out letters to employees
  • Filing and dealing with sensitive information
  • Management of occupational health appointments
  • Processing of invoices
  • Carrying out research and analysing data for the Employment Law team
  • Note taking in hearings and investigations for the Employment Law Team
  • Supporting the Employment Law team with the administration of ACAS and Tribunal claims
  • Supporting with the compliance of the business process mapping tool (ARIS)
  • Supporting with the update and administration of our internal case management tool
  • Supporting with the update and administration of our internal Compliance Management programme (CMS)
  • Maintaining the filing system
