What are the primary responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor?
The primary responsibilities include handling Employment Tribunal litigation, providing transactional/project support, and offering ad hoc advisory work on various employment matters.
What experience is required for this role?
Candidates must have at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law, predominantly working on the respondent side, with experience managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal matters.
Is there a specific PQE range preferred for applicants?
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 5-8 years’ PQE, though we are open to considering all candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills.
Is the Employment Solicitor role more suited for in-house or private practice candidates?
Applications are welcome from candidates currently working in-house or those in private practice who have a genuine desire to move in-house.
