Responsibilities

  • Verwaltung und Koordination von Änderungsanträgen (Engineering Change Requests) und Implementierung von Änderungen (Engineering Change Orders) innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie der Produktion, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung, Lager, Quality Control, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Planung, um sicherzustellen, dass Änderungen effizient und reibungslos implementiert werden
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Auswirkungen von Änderungen auf bestehende Produkte, Prozesse und Systeme
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation (Montage-, Test- und Verpackungsanweisungen) und Stücklisten (BOMs)
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Änderungen den internen und externen Qualitätsstandards sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Änderungen durch das Erstellen und Verfolgen von Zeitplänen und Meilensteinen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen zu Prozessänderungen für betroffene Mitarbeitende
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Change-Management-Prozesse und -Werkzeuge
