  • Evolve Material engineering procedures and specifications in area of responsibility.
  • Lead projects and programs involving quality and cost savings.
  • Supporting development of the Materials engineering specifications, procedures, and standards for all of NAVISTAR.
  • Driving the full integration of the responsible team in Product Engineering Organization, especially for the upfront phases of product development through the proactive participation to the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), PFMEA (Process FMEA) and DVP (Design Validation Plan) definition.
