Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering leaders, UX Design, and Data Science to innovate and deliver new functionalities for the home page.
  • You will work closely with your engineering team members alongside Product, Design, and Leadership to determine the priority of the most impactful work for the Home team.
  • You will grow team members into leaders on the Home team and across the organization.
  • You will work with relevant stakeholders to set the intermediate to long term vision for the team.
  • Pioneer an insights-based task system to deliver timely, relevant insights to our customers precisely when they need them most.
  • Implement experiments to validate ideas, and work across products to iteratively improve features.
  • You will be responsible for hiring new engineering team members as we continue to grow our team.
