Responsibilities

  • Equity Compensation
  • Manage data of the Group’s equity plan participants and the equity platform;
  • Support the Finance Consolidation & Reporting team in their needs for disclosure of Equity Awards Compensation;
  • Manage proposals and reports for management approval before creation and distribution of grant notices and award packages to participants;
  • Ensure equity compliance and assist participants in their questions regarding the equity plans along with tax and legal teams.
