The primary responsibility of the Equity/Stock Administrator is the administration of Altera’s equity compensation processes, policies, and programs, including managing day-to-day administration and providing expertise to business and HR leaders.

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent, or at least 5+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience with Equity Edge Online and a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role at a public or private company is also required.
