Responsibilities

  • Assist the Events Team with administrative and various research tasks, answering the telephone and managing the team email inbox, acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and progressing clients through the sales process. Liaise effectively and professionally with all contacts, both internally and externally. This may involve disseminating or collating information, or co-ordinating meetings.
  • Understand the importance of key business issues and be able to identify those items that are critical and need to be addressed immediately by the team and those that can wait until a later time or be dealt with by alternative means.
  • Generate and file hire agreements and other documents associated with the event booking process, including invoices and the recording of payments in the events management system.
