Responsibilities

  • Support the events team on the production and organisation of events.
  • Collaborate with Events Lead as a number two across tentpole, brand-led, and consumer events.
  • Support the Events Lead with sourcing of suppliers at preferential rates and product for goodie bag inclusion.
  • Source a wider support team, both internal and external, on key large-scale events.
  • Support events with key administrative tasks, such as updating guest lists, creating guest facesheets, compile event briefings, and invoice and new supplier management.
  • On event days, play a key role in guest-list management and supporting with smooth event management as needed.
  • Monitor editorial credits.
  • Coordinate editorial shopping pages within commercial special sections in print.
