Responsibilities

  • Within the French accounting team, you will take over process ownership for various accounting tasks and assume a functional supervisory role over the French team (2 people)
  • You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and PCG standards
  • You perform monthly reviews of the trial balance and provide analysis and commentary to local stakeholders in the country
  • You are a central accounting contact for our internal tax department and for our auditors
  • You support the continuous development and optimization of accounting processes in cooperation with various departments
  • You actively participate in various projects within the finance department, e.g. supporting the introduction of the e-invoicing & e-reporting reform and the implementation of a new ERP system
