Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining calendars in Outlook
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining electronic files (OneDrive and SharePoint); arranging regional meetings and conferences; compiles and reports on information relevant to the supervisor's responsibilities
  • Collaborates with cross-functional support teams as well as their colleagues on the East and West Zone Teams
  • Responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses in Concur.
  • Completes all administrative tasks including weekly Cornerstone reports, expense reports, PowerPoint contents formatting, etc.
  • Attend and participate in regional meetings and training programs if required.
  • Attend/coordinate regional and divisional events including National Sales Meeting if required
  • Establish outside vendors and suppliers in our AP system.
