Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of calendars, including swift setup of meetings through coordination with a broad set of senior executives & their admin teams, timely production of meeting materials, and meeting location coordination
  • Complete domestic and international travel arrangements: coordination of flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation logistics in accordance with company policy
  • Organize and manage various business management related projects such as town halls and other employee events
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for staff / team meetings
  • Manage expense processing through Concur and order office supplies and manage expense exception queues
  • Support staff onboarding and off boarding including technology setup and access requests
  • Assist with overflow, special projects and peer back-up coverage
