Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the adoption of Agile Ways of Working by the Commercial teams. Lead the implementation, communication and overall project management of important business processes
  • Support all steps of omnichannel asset creation/adaptation
  • Ensures appropriate referencing, documentation, translation, tracking approvals and Promo Mats process, and appropriate archiving in accordance with Sanofi SOPs, IMC regulations and PAAB/ASC approval process management
  • Supports the onboarding process for new hires including IT/equipment/SOP/ilearn, and the maintenance of accurate information in Sanofi systems (SAP profile creation, computer request, Sanofi access card request, etc.) including internal and contract (CSO) employees
  • Supports all aspects of financial tools for Head Office
