Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience in the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-level decision-making, problem-solving, planning, and organizational time management.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex situations with poise, leading to effective resolution.
  • Flexibility to work across international time zones, extend beyond standard business hours, and be on-call as necessary.
  • Capability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting or carrying items up to 40 pounds.
  • A proactive approach to IT-related tasks and setups, ensuring seamless operational support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a specialization in medical device terminology and applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources.
  • Lead the coordination and logistical planning of meetings, conference calls, and events specifically related to our cutting-edge medical devices.
  • Take initiative in the preparation and editing of high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our medical device technology.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and meticulously prepare expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Offer high-level administrative support to executives and senior medical device professionals, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of significant company-wide and department-level offsites, team meetings, and events, promoting engagement and alignment with company culture and values.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Embrace and contribute to our company culture, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all team members through strategic execution and alignment with our core values.
  • Other duties as assigned
