Responsibilities

  • Build trusted business partnerships with the CMO, their leadership team, and other key stakeholders across the business
  • Understand how Carta operates and its core products and offerings. Know who is responsible for what, which teams are in which office and who our executives and senior leaders are
  • Proactively and accurately manage heavy calendars for the CMO and assist the broader Marketing team with complex scheduling as needed
  • Triage and reply to emails, Lattice tasks/Google comments and Slack channels as needed
  • Plan and execute team meetings, events and offsites; including the coordination of agendas and materials, budgets, logistics, hospitality and more
  • Assist with developing and maintaining deck content for marketing meetings, roadshows, and other presentations
  • Plan and track marketing projects, ensuring alignment with yearly priorities and roadmap
  • Book travel and process expenses timely; exercise good judgment and adhere to our travel and expense policy
  • Approve expenses, travel and time off requests for your Executive’s direct reports
  • Maintain a pulse on the sentiment of the organization serving as a liaison between your Executive and their team
  • Contribute to projects on the Executive Assistant team
