Responsibilities

  • Own calendar, meetings, schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reports for key finance leaders, and prepare necessary materials for meetings and events.
  • Support the overall Investor Relations function, assisting with day-to-day needs and long-term special projects as well as provide logistical support and coordination for an active IR calendar including investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and bus tours.
  • Consult with leadership as needed to solicit information and provide critical updates while keeping track of shifting priorities in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
  • Remain flexible and proactive; be able to anticipate leaders' ever-changing needs.
  • Exercise tact, diplomacy, and discretion in written and verbal communications.
