Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties using multiple calendars, and anticipating potential conflicts in advance
  • Maintain contact lists, meeting attendee email groups and meeting agendas
  • Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements for both international and domestic travel
  • Prepare, process, and track expense reports
  • Compose routine e-mail correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Assist other senior leaders, as necessary
  • Plan and prepare meeting rooms/meetings with internal teams and third parties
  • Provide additional office support
  • Circulate timely information and materials to the appropriate parties
  • Research potential projects and upcoming meeting participants
  • Be on site to assist EP and help with production needs
