Responsibilities

  • Support the VP as well as the VP’s team
  • Travel Management: Coordinating domestic and international travel including scheduling and organizing of flights, hotels, transport etc.
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Compiles documents for travel-related meetings
  • Manages an extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Completes Concur expense reports
  • Plan and schedule events for the global team
  • Travel to and participate in select team meetings
  • Composes and prepares correspondence that may be confidential
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the SVP's office and internal departments; demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
  • Support in creating/editing various documents, including, but not limited to: letters/memos, PowerPoint presentations, excel files including manipulation of data/creation of charts, etc.
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all matters in the workplace
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles work expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Works closely and effectively with the SVP, keeping them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Continually identifies opportunities to streamline functional activities while enabling the SVP to focus on the strategic and business initiatives rather than function logistics
