Responsibilities

  • Sie unterstützen die Mitglieder des Executive Board bei sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Dabei fällt die eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen, internen und externen Terminen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sie übernehmen außerdem die Gremienbetreuung, d.h. die Organisation, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen inklusive Erstellung von Agenden und Koordination der Beschlussvorlagen
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehen Sie in direktem Kontakt mit internen und externen Kolleg:innen, Geschäftspartner:innen und Besucher:innen und tragen zu einer positiven und professionellen Wahrnehmung bei
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie eigene Projekte und erledigen allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben, wie z.B. telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen, Reisekostenabrechnung, digitale Rechnungsfreigabe und Postbearbeitung
