Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily calendars of senior leaders
  • Coordinate appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Create regular reports, correspondence and update internal databases
  • Proofread and format document and charts
  • Make travel arrangements and assist with Travel Expense claims for Executives using online travel system
  • Serve as Travel Coordinator and Reviewer for assigned employees conducting official travel in support of customer contracts
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Respond promptly to executives’ queries
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Compile and process various contractually required reports
