  • Exécution de mandats et notamment la rédaction de la documentation marketing et autres supports :
  • Analyse stratégique de marchés et secteurs
  • Préparation de Teaser, Information Memorandum et Management Presentation
  • Construction de business plan
  • Structuration de modèles financiers et de valorisation
  • Recherche et préparation de liste de contreparties
  • Gestion des phases de due diligences et notamment animation de la data room
  • Animer le développement commercial :
  • Préparation de pitchs
  • Echange avec le réseau international de KPMG Corporate Finance et plus largement l’ensemble des équipes Deal Advisory de KPMG
  • Participer à la vie de l’équipe, en fort développement
