Responsibilities

  • Operations & financial oversight of firm’s executive aviation program, including business owned aircraft & fractional aircraft interest
  • Develop and maintain program related policies & procedures, including internal governance documents related to company aircraft usage
  • Prepare monthly reporting, including YTD expense & usage analysis, budgets & reforecasts based on anticipated usage, detailed travel logs, various management reports to firm leadership, tax dept., insurance/risk, legal departments and other key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all related vendor management & invoice payment/accrual is maintained timely, including verifying services have been received prior to invoice payment
  • Work with fixed assets team to ensure proper fixed asset accounting & related reconciliations are prepared timely and proper residual value and other related estimates are included in the fixed asset budget. Monitor actual depreciation expense and ensure accuracy
  • Assist aviation department head with aviation operational matters, including oversight of plane availability & flight scheduling management
