Responsibilities

  • Focus on highly specialized, complex executive recruitment assignments in our AMCB Commercial and Consumer portfolio - scope of role may have enterprise impact
  • Develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction campaigns, talent maps, and/or other industry intelligence
  • Provide seasoned specialized knowledge on sourcing talent from among diverse industry groups
  • Undertake and complete a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise
  • Build strong tangible networks and develop productive working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and inform sourcing and recruitment activities by maintaining, analyzing and utilizing accurate recruitment metrics
  • Contact jobseekers using variety of channels and recruiting tools to make informed talent decisions and improve and upgrade diverse talent by developing innovative talent strategies as per enterprise methodology, industry regulations and market data
  • Apply subject matter expertise in leading special initiatives including integration of cross functional processes and assessing talent market gaps to recommend improvement opportunities for increasing the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices in line with HR priorities
  • Build a positive talent experience throughout the recruiting cycle in compliance with customer experience model by providing specialized knowledge and advice to shareholders and team members
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control by ensuring the prepared documents and transactions are within established regulations and operating practices; ensure thorough resolution of reported matters and escalate high risk issues that needs further clarity
  • Keep yourself and the team abreast of emerging trends, systems, products and services, practices and procedures for own functional area to protect the interests of the organization
  • Develop and disseminate recruiting and diversity strategies, research projects, presentations and communications for management to take effective decisions
  • Build informative, fair, and positive work environment by sharing skills and knowledge, promoting open dialogue and motivating team to achieve common goals and objectives
