Responsibilities

  • Begehungen, Beratungen sowie Unfalluntersuchungen in der Produktion mit den Vertretern des Werkstattbereiches, den Vorgesetzten, dem Betriebsrat und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung der Manager*in und Sicherheitsbeauftragt*in bei der Ermittlung von arbeitsbedingten Gefahren an unseren Arbeitsplätzen; Bewertung und Einstufung der zugehörigen arbeitsbezogenen Risiken
  • Bearbeitung von jeglichen Arten von Unfällen und Beinaheunfällen im internen FISH Tool (Federated Information for Safety and Health)
  • Gemeinsames Erarbeiten und Vorschlagen zur Vorbeugung/Verhütung von Gefahren, Arbeitsunfällen und gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen unserer Teams
  • Unterstützung vor Ort bei der Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Risikokontrolle, bei der effizienten Untersuchung von Vorfällen am Arbeitsplatz (Beinah-Unfälle, Unfälle mit Ausfallzeit usw.)
  • Sicherstellung von Schulungen, Sensibilisierungskampagnen und EHS- Einführungsveranstaltungen (Environment, Health and Safety)
  • Teilnahme an EHS-Meetings vor Ort
