  • Datenzusammenzuführung und Datensammlung aus unterschiedlichen Excel-Files der Hersteller/ Händler & Dienstleister
  • Organisation, Abwicklung und Kommunikation der Vorbereitung von einzusteuernden Fahrzeugen mit den verschiedenen Händlern, Herstellern bzw. Terminals - Einsteuerungslogistik
  • Support und Kontakt zu den Flottenplanern der regionalen Zuständigkeitsbereiche, entsprechende Zusammenarbeit mit den Händlern/Herstellern
  • Abwicklung der Zulassung von eingekauften Autos
  • Vorbereitung der Fahrzeugeinkaufsrechnungen zur weiterführenden Bezahlung durch die Accounting-Teams
  • Vorbereitung der Dienstleister-Rechnungen zur weiterführenden Bezahlung durch die Accounting-Teams
