Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering - working closely with the business and key stakeholders, both locally and across EMEA, to ensure that the impact of decisions is understood, performance is tracked, and outcomes are included in the latest forecasts. Will be expected to actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business. Will independently engage with senior stakeholders, form & stand over their opinions, and challenge the business over decisions and results. Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
  • Reporting and Analysis - to provide the business with greater insight into business performance, identify associated risks and opportunities, review, report and understand the impacts on future performance
  • Planning and Forecast - to participate and help enhance our current budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy. Being on the front foot when forecasting of revenue and costs on both a short and long-term basis by establishing forward looking pipeline reporting. Consider opportunities for the company to expand or grow and creating strategic growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments. Generating 3-5 year financial forecasts.
  • Finance Processes - support key core corporate finance activities including month end, planning and financial modelling of investment or new product business cases
  • Controllership Partnership: Partner with controllership on all statutory reporting obligations including oversight of the PSRA annual licence renewal process.
  • External Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with internal and external auditors, banking partners, licencing authorities maintaining excellent relationships
