  • Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving the success of Northgate Ireland? We are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to provide financial advice and analytical decision support to the Northgate Ireland Managing Director and their team. By building strong relationships and acting as a trusted adviser, you will contribute significantly to improving decision-making processes, challenging the status quo, and developing innovative solutions to ensure the sustainable success of the business.
  • In this role, you will develop and deploy tactical and strategic models and reporting to optimize value creation through revenue growth and operational cost management. Your expertise will ensure the completeness and accuracy of these tools, making you an essential part of the Commercial Finance team. Based in Dublin and reporting to the UK & Ireland Commercial Finance Team, you will work closely with the Northgate Ireland team to design and continuously improve financial and KPI reporting frameworks, turning data into valuable insights with relevant commentaries.
  • As the Finance Business Partner, you will support the Managing Director and their team with financial analysis, guiding them on maximizing revenue, profit, cash flow, and ROCE. You will manage the pricing process for existing and new business, develop models to understand account profitability, and produce monthly cash flow forecasts. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to drive financial performance through continuous improvement and support strategic executive initiatives with comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
