  • Financial statements preparation in IAS/IFRS for local reporting and business reporting
  • Budget preparations, costs and revenues breakdown
  • Facilitate the review and analysis of actual costs vs budgets
  • Liaising with external auditor to complete the annual audited financial statements
  • Tax related reporting and payment to the authorities
  • Ensure compliance and submission of Regulatory Reporting to respective authorities
  • Calculation of Capital Adequacy Ratio required by financial law
  • Periodic reporting to BG SAXO board of directors and statutory auditors
  • Manage regulator, internal and external audit inspections
  • Maintain Finance Procedures Manual, updated at least annually
  • Other specific tasks which may be allocated from time to time
