Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Concession & Consignment team for Net A Porter & Mr. Porter across the UK, USA & APAC regions.
  • Business partnering with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders across levels of seniority and business functionality including: sales, operations, technology, legal, buying and merchandising.
  • Manage and lead two Accounts Assistants with responsibility for their training and development.
  • Review workings, journals and reports prepared by accounts assistants.
  • Oversee and complete a variety of month end tasks with strict deadlines e.g. accounting for concession & consignment accruals and reversals, concession offset postings, reconciliation of reports and final reports sent to Concession & Consignment brands, accounting and reconciling inventory, RTV exercises.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations for Concession & Consignments accruals.
  • Report and review Concession inventory every quarter.
  • Completing monthly variance analysis on reported figures and highlight discrepancies between accruals and values invoiced.
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors with regards to Concession related requests.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
