Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance and Operations to drive all aspects of performance analytics, including
  • Drive the ongoing development and tracking of performance and portfolio metrics across Bain Capital Private Credit
  • Monitor, track, analyze performance at the investment, portfolio and strategy type level
  • Prepare Bain Capital Private Credit track record and address questions from internal stakeholders and external investors or prospects
  • Prepare diligence request, ongoing and ad-hoc data requests, fund performance queries and reports from investors or prospects
  • Ensure the on-going quality and accuracy of performance and portfolio reporting
  • Maintain the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics at the investment, and portfolio levels including industry, sector, country, investment type, credit metrics, etc.
  • Develop written policies and procedures related to performance methodologies
