Responsibilities

  • Assists with the month end close involving SAP activities, Power BI Dashboard refreshes in order to the extended financial team to proceed with the analysis of the performance of the month.
  • Assists with the financial reporting activities to Europe Team including system data submission (via BPC /APT – SAP tool), Last Best Estimates (Monthly revised P&L for the year) and preparation of related review packages with variance analysis/commentary on sales, expenses, headcount and capital.
  • Create, adjust, Power BI dashboard based on the needs of the different stakeholders, optimizing all the data source available to make all the processes agile focusing on the analysis instead of the data crunching.
  • Assists with the build up of the story of the Spanish affiliate during the cycles (Plan and Long Range Plan). It includes variance analysis and commentary to local and Europe management under direct guidance of Manager.
  • Provides accurate and timely Adhoc analysis deliverables to direct Manager.
  • Assists with financial support to functional business managers (GM, Finance, HR) in order to track and elaborate their budget.
  • Supports Accounting Shared Service monthly close and financial reporting processes by reviewing results for completeness and providing variance commentary, which may include P&L, headcount and balance sheet components.
