Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of productions of external service providers (Corporate Managers, Corporate secretary, Property Managers and Tax Advisors)
  • Preparation and coordination of quarterly reporting closing and fund reporting including investor and regulatory reports (annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly reporting, incl. regulatory reporting) and ad-hoc external and internal reports (i.e. Management Board or Supervisory Board)
  • Managing all the accounting, reporting, financial, tax aspects and governance aspects of all the investment vehicles in scope (Regulated and not Regulated - typically Funds, SCICAV, SPVs)
  • Coordination of the providers (corporate manager and tax advisor, property manager, auditors, corporate secretary, banks, depo banks, legal, compliance and risk manager)
  • Coordination of budgeting process
  • Monitor performance (variance actual vs budget, asset performance, capex monitoring, rent arrears etc.)
  • Contribution in acquisition/disposal, financing/hedging and structuring of investments
  • Contribution in transversal projects if requested and perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
