Requirements

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all accounting topics for the site incl. ensuring that services are delivered by Financial Shared Services up to standard and provide all judgement-based content (e.g. accruals, provisions, corrections) to the shared service center
  • Provide timely, complete, accurate and reliable financial reporting for the allocated entities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting process
  • Being the contact person for internal and external audits, including statutory financial audits
  • Support Management Reporting, monthly reporting deck forecast/actuals and being responsible for (and analyses on) inventories, CAPEX and first line analyses and insights for actuals, forecast and budget and for setting up relevant allocation cycles in SAP
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and provide evidence for the Internal Control Framework
  • Prepare planning figures (e.g., based on top-down guidance)
