Responsibilities

  • Supports US FP&A and Shops Operations teams in analysis, forecasting and budgeting of doughnut shops.
  • Primary financial business partner for US Shops, responsible for ongoing improvements in financial data, processes and systems to support analysis and decision making across the business.
  • Manages and creates ad-hoc analyses and presentations to clearly communicate business results to the Company’s stakeholders.
  • Develops and improves tracking of KPIs to understand business performance and operational challenges and make appropriate recommendations to executives and owners.
  • Analyze monthly P&L reports, providing insight into business results, performance trends and areas of improvement
  • Leads the financial forecasting process by helping to develop and manage timelines and calendars for the financial planning team and other key business partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financials.
  • Develops management financial reporting presentations for senior management including monthly and quarterly results, quarterly forecasts, long-term forecast, and Strategic Plan synthesizing input from all key partners impacting the business strategy.
  • Proactively support process improvement and lean initiatives, with facilitation and creation of project plans.
  • Ensure data integrity of all reporting systems
  • Drive best practices throughout Finance team, ensuring standardization of processes and reporting.
  • Enforce governance and compliance of company policies and procedures.
  • Perform various ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.
