Responsibilities

  • Team management – Provide strong leadership to the FP&A Team, fostering a positive & collaborative work environment. Support team members' professional development, identify training needs, and encourage skill enhancement.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function and collaborate with team members to implement changes. Understand and support tools and technologies from Global and within the department to automate routine tasks and enhance the efficiency of financial processes.
  • Communication - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders and make sure that the MBS CO business model will be implemented across the team. Facilitate effective communication between the FP&A team and other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
  • Risk Management - Identify business continuity risks and work with the team to develop strategies for mitigation. Ensure adherence to quality management tools of MBS CO and compliance standards in all tasks in scope.
