Responsibilities

  • Omni-Channel Retail Execution
  • Digital and In-Store Marketing: Manage in-store and online merchandising initiatives adhering to Dyson guidelines
  • Retailer Collaboration: Work with retailers to align their unique environments with Dyson’s brand vision, ensuring consistent, premium in-store and online branding
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Center of Excellence
  • Follow Project and Production Processes: Oversee in-store projects from inception through to completion, managing briefing, production and installation
  • Vendor Management: Review quotes, select suppliers, raise POs, and ensure timely vendor payment
  • Coordinate Design and Production: Oversee the preparation and management of large-format production files for print and digital channels, including coordinating with designers and approving 2D graphic proofs to ensure high-quality output.
  • Store Visits – Conduct in-store field audits for new project opportunities and provide photo reporting after new program implementation
  • Retail Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Ongoing maintenance support for in-field displays, including troubleshooting display deficiencies, coordinating repairs with vendors, and partnering with Dyson field team representatives
  • Digital Content Management: Author digital briefs, manage asset approvals, store approved assets in centralized location, and provide materials to the sales team to deploy to retailers
  • Manage Copy Matrix and Translation: Own copy matrix for NPD projects, managing French translations with Documen
  • Compliance Auditing: Regularly audit digital content pages to ensure alignment with Dyson’s brand standards and requirements
  • Budget Oversight: Manage budgets for projects, ensuring efficient spend
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Maintain retail activity trackers, work with Sales & Analytics to report results from key programs
