Responsibilities

  • - Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
  • - Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces.
  • - Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, to specified recipes and standards.
  • - Work with Cafeteria Lead to prepare for special meals/banquets based on McCain individual or team requirements.
  • - Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
  • - Other related duties as may be required.
