Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and communicates projects within the assigned Department related to clinical, personnel management, quality, and fiscal initiatives.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by reviewing operating practices; analyzing data, evaluating personnel and technological requirements; recommending changes.
  • Facilitates the work of teams by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, running effective meetings.
  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.
  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations and continuous follow up.
  • Maintains continuity of work operations within the department by documenting and communicating needed actions to management and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supports Administration by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Assists Administration to research, develop, and update policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to directors, managers and staff.
  • Completes administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesigning systems, recommending re-deployment of designated resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with departmental standards and within agreed upon timeframes.
