  • Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects, with a proven ability to achieve results regardless of the challenges involved.
  • Proactive & entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a willingness to dive into new areas, break down complex problems into simple solutions, and take full ownership of outcomes.
  • Clear, articulate communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or a willingness to learn is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and opportunity assessments to support the Founders and the Strategy Team in new areas for growth, operational improvements, and the launch of new markets, business lines, and products.
  • Lead the early stages of high-importance, high-urgency projects - from problem definition to actionable plans. Drive data-backed testing of hypotheses through reference calls, targeted research, and rapid prototyping to find solutions quickly.
  • Take charge of initiatives across commercial, product, and operations. Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Step into interim roles as needed to drive outcomes and maintain momentum.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships that support our business objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics and help prepare materials for board meetings and other investor communications to keep investors informed and aligned with our company's vision and progress.
