What is the role of the Front End Engineer - Associate at iCapital?
The Front End Engineer - Associate will focus on building the frontend of the iCapital platform using ReactJS, working on new feature development, defect resolution, and UX enhancements in collaboration with the Product Management and UX Design teams.
What technologies will I be working with in this role?
You will primarily work with React 18+, as well as modern frontend state management tools like React Query and Redux. You'll also be involved in writing unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
How many years of experience are required for this position?
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions, as well as at least 2 years of hands-on experience with React.
What does the compensation package look like for this role?
The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000, in addition to equity, an annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
What is iCapital's policy on work flexibility?
Employees in this role will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
