Responsibilities

  • Department Oversight: manage and oversee the daily operations of the host department and ensure a high standard of service and adherence to Conscious Hotels' values.
  • Lead and supervise the host teams, providing guidance and support and conducting regular training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience within the host departments and address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and promote sustainable practices within the host department, aligning with Conscious Hotels' commitment to eco-friendly operations and overseeing waste reduction and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that host services meet the brand's standards and implement improvements based on guest feedback and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Rooms Division, F&B, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences and participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights.
  • Manage inventory for shop offerings, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the host departments and monitor and address any issues related to compliance and safety.
