Responsibilities

  • - Je coördineert en bewaakt de gestandaardiseerde inrichting van de Verpleeg Oproep Systemen.
  • - Jij schakelt tussen de zorg en ICT op het gebied van het VOS en weet als geen ander hoe je functionele wensen kan vertalen naar acties voor je collega’s op de afdeling ICT.
  • - Reguliere afstemming met de verschillende stakeholders (zowel intern als extern) is hierbij noodzakelijk.
  • - Daarnaast zorg je voor een optimale kennisopbouw en ondersteuning van de gebruikers bij het gebruik van het Verpleeg Oproep Systeem.
  • - Hiervoor zullen (onder andere) diverse instructiematerialen en/of trainingen worden opgezet en bijgehouden.
  • - Je geeft trainingen aan zowel nieuwe als bestaande locaties en denkt in oplossingen wanneer je de tweedelijns meldingen oppakt.
  • - Bij problemen weet jij de kern boven tafel te krijgen.
  • - Tegelijkertijd inventariseer je de wensen vanuit de zorg maar kijkt ook met een kritisch oog naar de toekomst en nieuwe innovaties.
