Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the group's financial accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS.
  • Manage and coordinate the consolidation of financial statements for 25+ entities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement (Team of 6 in Frankfurt + more in our other offices).
  • Work closely with other finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Streamline accounting processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP.
  • Coordinate audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc financial analyses and projects (in cooperation with our Controlling team).
  • Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills.
