Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the P&L, steering revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Define, architect, successfully implement and optimize local operations and define clear strategies and goals for the local operations team to execute on.
  • Utilize and promote data analysis to optimize operational and financial performance, ensuring data is the driving force behind decision-making at every step.
  • Advocate and elevate Bolt’s brand, product and service by working closely with local authorities and policy makers.
  • Expand Bolt’s presence and services across Germany by identifying and launching new cities.
  • Identify trends, risks and capitalize on mitigation/improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
  • Take ownership of Bolt’s growth in Germany by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams proactively support and collaborate with each other to meet business goals.
