Responsibilities

  • - Develop & implement multi-year category strategies;
  • - Lead tenders and implement results with a strong focus on local sourcing;
  • - Develop should-cost modelling for glass bottles;
  • - Optimize price adjustment formula’s (PAFs);
  • - Drive implementation of CVE-projects (e.g. bottle harmonization, light weighting);
  • - Footprint development to secure our supply longer term at the right location;
  • - Develop scenarios to optimize our bottle allocation via Bottle Allocation Models;
  • - Co-drive our sustainability strategy for the glass category;
  • - Co-drive our upstream sourcing-activities (e.g. glass cullets, soda ash);
  • - Influence stakeholder, both internal (OpCo’s & Group functions) and external (suppliers), to ‘make it happen’;
  • - Conclude Framework Agreements between HEINEKEN and suppliers;
  • - Secure uninterrupted supply;
  • - Perform spend analysis, budgeting, operationalization of contracts and follow-up of ad-hoc requests;
  • - Report on performance of the category (spend, contract compliance, benefit tracking);
