Responsibilities

  • As an experienced stakeholder engagement and events professional, you combine your deep technical interest with your particular expertise in organizing and executing HCP and HCO engagements, donations, and contributions.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and in an international structure and enjoy pursuing new innovative tools and approaches to solutions.
  • You manage business needs and trainings related to the system, accounts and access, dashboarding, reporting, and innovate according to business needs. To do so, you will work closely with the digital product owner to implement new system requirements and will be in close communication with the Global Events and Engagement Process lead to make sure processes are compliantly translated into event and engagement systems and solutions.
  • You are a special matter expert in audits and inspections and work closely with EBI, digital, and business teams to ensure compliance which includes trainings on system and tools of all involved teams via LMS and other tools and channels.
  • In your role, you will ensure that system and user access is well maintained along with improvement and simplification of systems and tools used.
