Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields and you would like to kick-start your career
  • Have a deep interest in business management and the FMCG industry, and you have ideally gained hands-on working experience besides your studies.
  • Are results-oriented and motivated by achieving results, as well as analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with an open mind set. In projects, you take ownership, and you are equally motivated by working independently and in teams.
  • Have excellent communication skills and you are structured. You encourage and empower your colleagues.
  • Thrive in an ambitious and international working environment that ensures a steep learning curve and personal development.
  • Are proficient in English and preferably another language

Responsibilities

  • 18-months rotational programme with business trips in North-western Europe (NWEA)
  • Fast-paced international career in Marketing & Sales
  • Get a better understanding of business
  • Work on exciting and innovative strategic projects and get exposure to the Leadership team
  • Cross-functional & cross-country collaboration and project management
