Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote a robust global recruiting community that will ensure fulfilment of the technical staffing needs for the Energy&Inftastructure sectors, worldwide
  • Ensure business Regional teams have full visibility of local and global resources needed
  • Align people & resources needs to the 2030 Industry Services business line target
  • Establish dedicated collaborative channels –announce ongoing projects, hires & share CVs
  • Implement resource request procedures & define escalation process & SLAs
  • Develop and implement clear working procedures for each recruitment team per subregion
  • implement a cross-functional hiring management integration in the CRM
  • Mantain an interactive map for our organizational structure – incl. search functions such as services/country, ongoing projects, employee contact details, etc.
  • Categorise agency use & revenue loss per region to prioritize action plans & support
  • Analyse the need for a dedicated regionalrecruiter
  • Facilitate international mobility – internal HR & external support and managing Work Permit processes, Overseas Tax implications.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on Kpi’s and improvements
  • Support local teams' upskilling with dedicated training materials and support
